I am Judy Jackson Raines, a broker of creative thoughts and ideas.

I've  been a crafter for more than 45 years, creating projects from sewing to crocheting.   I learned very early from my mother and father, who had the skills to turn just about anything into wonderful items for our home. My parents, Milo and Lillie Jackson were recycling and upcycling before it was given a name.  Nothing at our house was ever thrown away or discarded and everything was of value. I can remember when my mother would make doilies and handkerchief and such out of flour sacks. Remembering all the wonderful things that my parents created, made me realize what a legacy they had passed on to me. And how much they taught me in the process.

As a crafter, over the years my focus changed and I would work on different forms of crafts. So, in 2009 a good friend introduced me to a company named, "Creative Memories". I had no idea that there were companies designed strickly for scrapbooking with all the tools and beautiful paper. At that point I was hooked.  I became a consultant and begin creating new albums as well as putting more creativity in my old photo albums. After my first scrapbook conference in 2012, I new this was going to be a lifelong affair and Scrapnsistas was created.  Scrapnsistas was designed as a community of creative women sharing their passion for recording the rich and rewarding moments of their lives through digital and classic scrapbooking and papercrafts.  Scrapnsistas is one of two craft programs that is a part of my overall vision called Lillies Loft (please click the link).  At the moment,  Lillie's Loft is a website that supports Scrapnsistas website.  Lillie's Loft was created to harness and share all my creative skills in the world of Do-it-yourself(DIY) projects, home decor, gardening and crafts.  But,  as I take this wonderful and exciting journey, there are plans to develop and move Lillie's Loft into a physical location in 2-3 years.  So, if you are at all curious about me and this journey, come let's get started.
